Itinerary
Day 1- Thursday, MARCH 21, 2024 | SAN JUAN

Departure from San Juan to Lima, Peru via Avianca. Arrival at midnight.
 
Day 2- Friday, MARCH 22, 2024 | LIMA
Welcome to Peru! Arrival at the Lima airport at dawn (midnight). Reception, transfer to the hotel located in the residential district of Miraflores. Arrival at the hotel, Check in and rest. Overnight.
 
Lima City Tour with Santo Domingo Convent with Pisco Sour tasting. Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning we will begin our tour of the Miraflores neighborhood. Our first stop will be the famous Parque del Amor, an icon of the city and from where you have a beautiful view of the bay of Lima. Then a panoramic visit to the Huaca Pucllana Archaeological Complex. We will continue our tour towards the Colonial Center, observing the Plaza Mayor, the Government Palace, the Cathedral Basilica, the Archbishop's Palace and the Municipality of Lima. Likewise, we will visit the Convent of Santo Domingo, whose halls were used by San Martín de Porras and Santa Rosa de Lima in the 17th century, and where their remains currently lie. At the end of our tour we will learn how to prepare the delicious Pisco Sour to later taste this flagship drink of the Lima capital. At the end return to the hotel. Overnight.

Day 3- Saturday, MARCH 23, 2024 | LIMA
City Tour Ica with “Huacachina Oasis” - Buggies & Sandboard. Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning departure in private mobility to the City of Ica five hours (5 Hrs of travel). Arrival, reception and transfer to the hotel. Check-in and rest. In the afternoon, visit the City of Ica, we will visit the “Plaza de Armas” of the City and we will visit the main streets of Old and Modern Ica. Tour of an Artisanal Winery where we will have a broad explanation of the Production of Wine and Pisco with its respective Tasting. Finally, we will visit the Huacachina Lagoon also called "THE OASIS OF AMERICA" where we will appreciate the wonderful desert landscape surrounded by impressive dunes. Next, we will go on an adventure excursion where we will board the famous sand carts to start the tour through the desert. Our pilots will enter according to the taste of our passengers, either by flat part, by very small dunes or high dunes going up and down in a circuit full of adventure and emotion. To continue the adventure we can practice SANDBOARD; this sport is included within the hour of the ride. At the end, return to the City of Lima. Arrival at night, reception and transfer to the hotel. Overnight.
 
Day 4- Sunday, MARCH 24, 2024 | LIMA, AREQUIPA
Arequipa City Tour with Santa Catalina Convent. Transfer to the airport to board the regular flight to the city of Arequipa. Arrival, reception and transfer to the hotel. Check-in and rest. In the afternoon visit to the City of Arequipa, we will visit the Carmen Alto Lookout (place where you can appreciate the Valley of Chilina) Yanahuara Lookout, we pass through the neighborhood of San Lázaro, we visit the Monastery of Santa Catalina, “Plaza de Armas”, The Cathedral (only facade), Church and Cloisters of the Society of Jesus (only exterior). Return to the hotel. Rest of the day free. Overnight.
 
Day 5- Monday, MARCH 25, 2024 | AREQUIPA, CHIVAY
Breakfast at the hotel. Departure from Arequipa via Yura, passing through the slopes of Chachani, Pampa de Arrieros, Pampa Cañahuas National Reserve where the slender vicuña can be seen, we continue through Vizcachani, Pampas de Toccra where a variety of birds can be observed, then we will border the Chucura crater to reach Patapampa (4,800 masl) and The Andes Lookout where you can see the volcanoes that surround the city of Arequipa. Descent to the town of Chivay. Lunch at a local restaurant. Accommodation at the hotel. Free afternoon. Overnight.

Day 6- Tuesday, MARCH 26, 2024 | CHIVAY, PUNO
Colca Canyon. Breakfast at the hotel very early. We will leave for the “Cruz Del Cóndor” (41 km from Chivay) where one of the most spectacular landscapes of the Canyon can be seen, and condors can usually be seen in masterful flights. Lunch at a local restaurant. We will return visiting the towns of Pinchollo, Maca, Achoma, Yanque and the viewpoints of Antahuilque and Choquetico. At noon we will arrive in Chivay for the respective transfer to the city of Puno (approximately six 6 hours). Arrival, reception and transfer to the hotel. Check-in and rest. Overnight.
 
Day 7- Wednesday, MARCH 27, 2024 | PUNO
Lake Titicaca: Uros and Taquile Islands. Breakfast at the hotel. Visit to the floating island of the Uros (3,810 masl) is a group of 20 islands formed based on totora (aquatic plant). Then, visit Taquile Island (3,950 masl), a path of aligned and zigzagging stones that leads us to the town, approximately one (1) hour of walking. Time to visit the artisan shops and do some shopping, then we go to the island's restaurant to taste the lunch prepared based on local products. Return to Puno. Overnight.
 
Day 8- Thursday, MARCH 28, 2024 | PUNO, CUSCO
Path of the Sun. Breakfast at the hotel. At 6:00 AM transfer to the bus station to board the tourist bus to Cusco. On the way you will visit: Kalasaya Archaeological Complex, Pucara (3,879 masl), place where the origins of the Andean Culture of the Altiplano are discovered, La Raya (4,335 masl) the highest point of the trip, where you can appreciate beautiful landscapes, vicuñas and llamas, is the union of Two Cultures (Quechua - Cusco and Aymara - Puno), buffet lunch in Sicuani (3,475 masl), Raqchi Archaeological Center (3,475 masl) known as the Temple of God Wiracocha and the Church of San Pedro de Andahuaylillas (3,093 masl) built in 1,580 and known as "The Sistine Chapel of Peru". Arrival in Cusco and transfer to the hotel. Overnight.
 
Day 9- Friday, MARCH 29, 2024 | CUSCO
City Walking Tour Cusco – Archaeological Sites in Cusco. Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning, departure for an exclusive City Walking Tour of the city that begins with a visit to the San Pedro Market, where we will soak up the local flavor and learn more about the products of the area in this market that has everything and supplies the complete city. Then, the Temple of Qorikancha receives us with all its magnificence and splendor, walls that were covered with gold. From San Blas, the neighborhood of artisans, we will walk down Hatun Rumiyoc Street, finding the Inca Roca palace on our way, today the Archbishop's Palace, we will have time to admire the world-famous Stone of the Twelve Angles. We will continue to the “Plaza de Armas” to visit the Cathedral that houses colonial works of incredible value. Return to the hotel.
 
In the afternoon, visit the Plaza de San Cristobal to enjoy a panoramic view of the city, then we will get away from the crowds to visit Sacsayhuamán, an impressive citadel full of colossal buildings surrounded by beautiful landscapes in total communion with the environment. Then, we continue to the Inca shrine of Q'enqo, surprising will be the altar for sacrifices embedded in the internal part of its rock formation. Finally, we arrive at the Puca Pucará watchtower and Tambomachay, a monument of notable architectural excellence that is considered one of the pillars of the Andean worldview. Return to the hotel. Free afternoon to enjoy the city. Overnight.
 
Day 10- Saturday, MARCH 30, 2024 | CUSCO
Machu Picchu citadel. Departure to the Ollanta railway station to board the train to the town of Aguas Calientes. Arrival, reception and assistance to board the buses to make the ascent to the Historic Sanctuary of Machu Picchu, we will begin the visit observing the magnificent landscape that surrounds it. The excursion lasts two hours and thirty minutes (2:30), at the end of which we will descend towards the town of Aguas Calientes. Lunch at a local restaurant. At the scheduled time, the return train to the Ollanta railway station will be boarded. Arrival, reception and transfer to the hotel in Cusco. Overnight.
 
Day 11- Sunday, MARCH 31, 2024 | CUSCO
