Terms & Conditions

When you use this page, you agree to abide by the following terms, and you agree to inform your family members traveling with you and/or your companions of this commitment:

1. Liability: Travel Concepts LLC. acts as an agent for airlines, tour operators, cruise ship room providers, car rental companies, ground operators, and any other travel service providers shown on your itinerary. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of those suppliers or their subcontractors or their inability to provide services, adhere to their itineraries or schedules, or honor their contracts.

2. Risks: Travel Concepts LLC. does not have any special knowledge about entry requirements to foreign countries, unsafe conditions: health hazards, weather hazards, supplier bankruptcies or the adequacy of people with disabilities in any part of your trip or tour. For entry requirements to foreign countries, go to http://travel.state.gov/passport/passport_1738.html . For travel advisories from the US Department of State, go to http://travel.state.gov/travel/travel_1744.html. For the requirements and dangers, go to http://www.cdc.gov/travel/index.htm. You agree to release us from any claim resulting in whole or in part from any problem covered in this paragraph and from any other causes beyond our control, and you agree to file any other claim against us within 30 days of your return from travel.

3. Limitation of refunds: All airlines impose cancellation and change penalties of up to 100% for many tickets. All tour/tour operators, cruise lines, and some hotels impose penalties for cancellations and changes. A change is a cancellation with a new reservation.

4. Delays: Flight delays are very common nowadays. If your flight is delayed for any reason, the airline is not required by law to pay for your en route expenses such as meals, hotels, taxes and/or phone calls. All of your itineraries or appointments will not be part of any claim as airlines have a waiver for those situations.

5. Check Your Itinerary: Immediately upon receipt of your reserved itinerary, please check it carefully to verify that it is correct in terms of dates, times, fares and prices. If you do not check your itinerary instantly and immediately claim any discrepancy, the problems for such delay will be entirely yours.

6. Reconfirmation: Itinerary changes are quite common these days. It is your responsibility to reconfirm the exact travel times before your departure and before your return and accordingly change your transfers or services together with your product or service providers.

7. Travel Packages: If you book a trip, we must collect the deposit from the tour operator or cruise line when reservations are made. The amount of the deposit, the refund allowed, and the cancellation dates may vary according to the operator or the cruise line. Travel Concepts LLC does not endorse or recommend any particular tour operator or cruise line; our role is limited to facilitating reservations. When you finish booking your trip or tour, Travel Concepts LLC will send you an agreement required by the travel service provider, along with a request that you sign that agreement and return it to us. In the event of any inconsistency between that agreement and this agreement, the latter will control.

8. Charter Travel: If your package involves a charter flight or if your vacation involves an air-only charter night, federal regulations require that you also sign the participating charter operator's agreement. It is extremely important that you know that for "Charters":
a. The hours of departures (both roundtrip) can change at the last minute. These delays can legally be up to 48 hours (approximately two days late).
b. Your trip may be advertised as non-stop; however, the operator can legally change the route and make intermediate stops at the last minute.
c. The "Charter" operator can legally substitute aircraft types and even airlines at the last minute. Charter aircraft are generally not as comfortable as scheduled aircraft.
d. Charter trips have very high cancellation penalties. No one makes travel plans with the idea of canceling; however, sometimes it is necessary and you should understand what you can and cannot expect in terms of refunds.
e. Usually, no traveler miles are accrued.
f. Advance seat selection is not often available.

9. Final Payment: For all trips, you must have paid in full before Travel Concepts LLC releases the tickets and/or documents. There may be a delay in the issuance of documents or tickets depending on the service provider.

10. Foreign Currency: The currency rates presented on this page are based on various public sources. We do not verify the correctness of these fees and actual fees may vary.
